Pinnacle Performance Products (“P3”) operates as a research-use-only supplier of peptides and related compounds. All products offered through this website are intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical testing, and in-vitro experimentation. By accessing this website or purchasing any products, you acknowledge and agree that all items are labeled and sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use under any circumstances. P3 operates under the laws of the State of Texas; however, products may be shipped to all 50 states. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research materials. P3 makes no representations or guarantees regarding the legality of its products in any jurisdiction outside the State of Texas. Any misuse of products, including use inconsistent with their research-use-only designation, is strictly prohibited and undertaken entirely at the purchaser’s risk.
P3 maintains a comprehensive quality assurance protocol designed to support research integrity and transparency. Each product batch undergoes multiple layers of testing conducted by independent, certified laboratories within the United States. This testing includes purity and quantity panel analysis, bacterial endotoxin panel testing, heavy metals contaminant screening, and molecular structure verification to confirm compound identity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are made publicly available through the P3 COA Library, allowing customers to independently verify testing results and batch-specific data prior to purchase.
P3 offers a limited satisfaction guarantee intended to ensure product quality and proper delivery. This guarantee may include product replacement, store credit, or refund, at the sole discretion of P3. Coverage applies to verified issues such as incorrect product shipment, confirmed quantity discrepancies, product damage upon arrival, or delivery failures attributable directly to P3. This guarantee does not apply to research outcomes, experimental results, improper handling or storage, degradation after delivery, or any use outside the intended research purpose, including any human or veterinary use. Additionally, P3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions beyond its control. Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, and delivery generally occurs within two days depending on the carrier; however, these timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Any and all of P3’s warranty and Guarantee’s are null and void if the products purchased from P3 are used for research on humans or animals.
All warranty or guarantee claims must be submitted within five (5) business days of confirmed delivery. Claims must include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting documentation such as photographs. Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied. P3 reserves the exclusive right to approve, deny, or modify any warranty claim based on the specific circumstances of each case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the purchase or use of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of research data, experimental failure, improper application, or regulatory violations by the purchaser. All products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties beyond those explicitly stated herein. Please refer to the full Warranty and Guarantee Clause for more information.
By purchasing from P3, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RDPG Investment LLC, DBA Pinnacle Performance Products, including its owners, members, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from misuse of products, violation of these Terms and Conditions, violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or any use inconsistent with the research-use-only designation.
Orders are processed within one to two business days in most cases, and shipping timelines are provided as estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; failure to do so may void delivery guarantees. Claims related to shipping issues must also be submitted within the five (5) business day claim window.
Customer support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with typical response times ranging from 24 to 48 hours. While account registration is not required to make a purchase, users who choose to create an account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information.
P3 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, investigate suspicious transactions, and limit purchase quantities at its discretion. All content on this website, including branding, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Pinnacle Performance Products and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
Customer information is collected solely for order fulfillment, customer support, and legal compliance purposes. P3 does not sell or distribute personal data except as required by law or necessary for payment processing and order completion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or dispute arising from the use of this website or purchase of products must be brought exclusively within the State of Texas. P3 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Product Specifications and Analytical Variability
All product labels, product images, website descriptions, specifications, and marketing materials are provided for informational purposes and reflect the intended or nominal specifications of the product.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the labeled quantity of a peptide (e.g., 10 mg) represents the target manufactured fill quantity and is subject to normal manufacturing and analytical testing tolerances. Likewise, any purity percentage displayed on product images, promotional materials, or generic product graphics (including, but not limited to, references such as 99.7% HPLC Purity) represents a typical or illustrative specification and should not be interpreted as the exact analytical result for every production batch.
Analytical testing of peptides is inherently subject to accepted laboratory measurement uncertainty, manufacturing variability, testing methodology, instrument calibration, environmental factors, sample preparation, and other recognized scientific variables. Accordingly, minor variations in measured quantity and purity are expected and do not indicate that a product is defective, mislabeled, or non-conforming.
Unless otherwise specified on the applicable Batch Certificate of Analysis ("COA"), analytical results should be interpreted with the following expected tolerances:
- Purity: ±0.5% of the reported analytical value.
- Quantity (Content): Subject to normal manufacturing and analytical testing tolerances as determined by validated laboratory methods.
The Batch-Specific Certificate of Analysis is the sole controlling document regarding the analytical characteristics of any individual lot or batch. In the event of any difference between a product label, generic website image, marketing material, or product description and the applicable Batch COA, the Batch COA shall govern and supersede all other representations. Customers acknowledge that generic product images, sample chromatograms, representative purity percentages, and other marketing materials are intended solely as illustrative references and are not warranties or guarantees of the exact analytical values for the specific batch received.
By purchasing or using this website, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts these analytical tolerances and agrees that batch-specific laboratory testing results, as documented on the applicable COA, constitute the official specifications of the product.
